Current drinking water advisories for public water systems.
Public water systems are required to monitor their water regularly for contaminants. Currently, more than 95 percent of community water systems meet all health-based standards. When a system doesn't meet a standard, consumers are notified. Notifications may be in the form of signs or multimedia announcements.
The application has tools for filtering, querying, and charting current advisories based on district office, county, contaminant type, warnings, and other parameters.

Acknowledgement of the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency, Division of Drinking and Ground Waters as a data source would be appreciated in products developed from these data, and such acknowledgement as is standard for citation purposes. Users of this data should be aware that inconsistencies and inaccuracies may exist if these data are compared to data from other time periods due to changes in methods of data collection and mapping.
