Environmental Response & Revitalization
The Division of Environmental Response and Revitalization (DERR) handles the investigation and cleanup of contaminated and hazardous waste sites, including RCRA corrective action and closure, VAP, federal facilities, Superfund and remedial response. DERR also provides assistance and guidance to communities and private entities interested in assessment, clean up and reuse of brownfield sites.
