State Implementation Plan (SIP) - Infrastructure
Section 110(a) of the Clean Air Act (CAA) requires states to submit an implementation plan to the U.S. EPA Administrator that provides for implementation, maintenance and enforcement of the National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS). Section 110(a)(2) lists the elements that are to comprise the implementation plan. Several of the elements in Section 110(a)(2) specifically address the need for states to demonstrate the ability to implement, maintain and enforce the air quality standards. The infrastructure SIP details Ohio EPA’s ability to fulfill the Req. of Section 110(a).
