For your vehicle testing convenience, beginning Monday, 7/11/22 at 8 a.m., two new Self-Service Kiosk locations began operating at the sites below. This will expand 24 hour/7 days a week self-service testing to 18 locations. What years to be tested:
Ohio's vehicle test program requires emissions testing for vehicles from 4 through 25 years old. In 2023, the vehicles from model year 1999 through 2019 will be tested using the Onboard Diagnostics Second Generation (OBDII) test (a computer scan test).
