Recycling and Litter Prevention Scrap Tire Success Story - Jackson Center

  • Using the Recycling and Litter Prevention (R&LP) scrap tire grant from Ohio EPA’s DEFA, along with matching funds from Jackson Center Schools (JCS), a ground tire rubber (GTR) paving project created a new running track and walking paths connecting athletic facilities and a community park.
