As a precautionary response to COVID-19, Ohio EPA is currently operating with most staff working remotely. After March 23, our district offices and Central Office will be temporarily closed and will have increasingly limited ability to receive deliveries, plans, etc. All entities are encouraged to submit plans, permit applications, etc., electronically where there are existing avenues to do so, such as the eBusiness Center (eBiz). Please refer to the list of available services on the main eBiz webpage. We encourage you to make use of all that apply, even if you have not used eBiz in the past. Plans under 25 MB can be emailed. For large plans over 25 MB, entities should work with the reviewer/division to upload via LiquidFiles. Directions for submitting docs via LiquidFiles is available on YouTube. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you in advance for your understanding. If you wish to send hard copies of documents to any of Ohio EPA’s district offices, the best method to ensure we receive these documents is to send them via U.S. Mail. Since all offices are closed, deliveries outside of U.S. Mail (FedEx, UPS) will likely be returned because the offices are closed and deliveries cannot be made.

If you are currently an OMM member and have not logged in since the new platform was launched, you will need to request a new password by clicking on the “forgot username or password.” Enter your account email address and select “Request new password.” You will be emailed a link to enter the new platform password reset page. Once in the new platform, you may change your password.

The new software platform has several new user-friendly features, including:

  • Fully Mobile Enabled: create and edit listings from your phone or tablet, take photos of materials on the plant floor and add them to the Marketplace on the spot.
  • Revamped Conversations and Notifications: get higher response rates when you contact other participants and customize when and how you receive notifications.
  • Powerful Location Search: enter your current location and search for and locate materials nearby and see how far away materials are from you. With this update, users in Ohio will also be able to view and interact with listings from other state Marketplace programs, making this feature especially useful.
  • Built-in Support: have a question about platform operation or need help getting in touch with another user? Use the chat widget (example shown here) in the bottom right corner of the platform page to talk directly with a platform team member.
