  • The Storm Water Technical Assistance Program in Ohio EPA’s Division of Surface Water (DSW) assists communities, developers, contractors, and consulting engineers with controlling the adverse impacts associated with new and existing development, including increased runoff, polluted storm water, stream erosion, and loss of floodplain services.
