CRO Five-Year Review: On June 22, 2022, the Director of the Environmental Protection Agency, under the authority of Sections 119.03 of the Ohio Revised Code and in accordance with Chapter 119, proposed to original file rule 3745-352-01 of the Administrative Code. This rule is the only Cessation of Regulated Operations (CRO) rule that was amended during its five-year review. The remaining rules were filed as no-change rules, without amendment, on the same date. A public hearing on this proposed rulemaking will be held in-person on July 25, 2022 at 50 W. Town Street, Suite 700, Conference Room A (Autumn), from 10:00-11:00 AM. The hearing will also be held virtually at the same date and time.
