Central District Office
As chief of the Central District Office, Kelly Toth oversees district programs covering 10 counties in central Ohio, including air pollution, drinking water, surface water, materials management, hazardous waste, and remediation. Kelly has more than 20 years of experience working at Ohio EPA. She was hired as an air pollution permit writer and inspector, worked as an air permitting and compliance supervisor and the air unit manager, all in Central District Office.
Prior to being hired at the Agency, Kelly worked as an environmental consultant for an engineering firm and as a small business environmental assistance coordinator for a community college. Kelly has a bachelor’s from Cleveland State University in urban environmental studies and a master’s from the University of Findlay in environmental management.
