After March 23, our district offices and Central Office will be temporarily closed and will have increasingly limited ability to receive deliveries, plans, etc. All entities are encouraged to submit plans, permit applications, etc., electronically where there are existing avenues to do so, such as the eBusiness Center (eBiz). Please refer to the list of available services on the main eBiz webpage. We encourage you to make use of all that apply, even if you have not used eBiz in the past. Plans under 25 MB can be emailed. For large plans over 25 MB, entities should work with the reviewer/division to upload via LiquidFiles. Directions for submitting docs via LiquidFiles is available on YouTube. Grants Available for Diesel Emission Reductions
Ohio EPA invites owners of heavy duty diesel vehicle fleets in eligible Ohio counties to apply for Diesel Emission Reduction Grants (DERG) to help reduce emissions. Projects funded by the grants will help improve air quality through vehicle replacement, repowering engines, retrofitting emission controls or installing anti-idle equipment.

Ohio EPA Accepting Comments About Discharges to Long Run, Captina Creek Tributary
Ohio EPA will hold an information session followed by a public hearing as part of the Agency’s review of an application from Century Mine. If approved, the permit would set discharge limits for storm water at an expansion of the mine refuse disposal area located at 43521 Mayhugh Hill Road, Beallsville. The hearing will be held at 6 p.m. on Sept. 1, 2016, at the Beallsville Church of Christ Fellowship Hall, 52125 Township Road 134, Beallsville.
