General and Detail Plan Review
The following rules and publications outline requirements for general and detail plans submittals to the Ohio EPA:

The following application contains instructions for plan submittal and must accompany all detail plans submitted to the Ohio EPA, Division of Drinking and Ground Waters:

Plan Review Fee
A person applying for a plan approval for a public water supply system pursuant to Section 6109.07 of the Ohio Revised Code shall pay a fee of $150 plus 0.35% of the estimated project cost; the total fee shall not exceed $20,000. The fee shall be paid at the time the application is submitted.
