• The following draft NPDES general permit renewal is available for comment:
  Bulk Fuel Storage Facilities (previously Petroleum Bulk Storage Facilities).  The comment deadline is May 1, 2012.

March 20, 2012

• Draft Pretreatment and Indirect Discharge Program Rules (OAC 3745-3 and 3745-36).  At this time the Agency is soliciting comments on a second round of draft rules addressing the pretreatment and indirect discharge program rules in OAC Chapters 3745-3 and 3745-36.  Comments must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on April 20, 2012. • Draft Water Quality Trading Program Rules (OAC 3745-5).  At this time the Agency is soliciting comments on draft rules in OAC Chapter 3745-5, which addresses the administrative requirements for implementing a water quality trading program.  Comments must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on April 16, 2012.  Go here for more information.
