November 9, 2009  Ohio EPA is providing for public review and comment the draft Walnut Creek Watershed Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) Report, which has been developed in fulfillment of Section 303(d) of the Clean Water Act. The public review period ends on December 14, 2009.
October 8, 2009  Ohio EPA is providing for public review and comment the draft White Oak Creek Watershed Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) Report, which has been developed in fulfillment of Section 303(d) of the Clean Water Act. The public review period ends on November 17, 2009.
September 23, 2009  Ohio EPA is providing for public review and comment the draft Mad River Watershed Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) Report, which has been developed in fulfillment of Section 303(d) of the Clean Water Act. The public review period ends on October 26, 2009.

June 26, 2009  Ohio EPA is providing for public review and comment the draft Hocking River Watershed Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) Report, which has been developed in fulfillment of Section 303(d) of the Clean Water Act. The public review period ends on August 3, 2009.
June 24, 2009  Ohio EPA is providing for public review and comment the draft Yellow Creek Watershed Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) Report, which has been developed in fulfillment of Section 303(d) of the Clean Water Act. The public review period ends on August 3, 2009.
June 24, 2009  Ohio EPA is providing for public review and comment the draft Swan Creek Watershed Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) Report, which has been developed in fulfillment of Section 303(d) of the Clean Water Act. The public review period ends on July 27, 2009.
June 16, 2009  Ohio EPA is providing for public review and comment the draft Twin Creek Watershed Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) Report, which has been developed in fulfillment of Section 303(d) of the Clean Water Act. The public review period ends on July 18, 2009.
June 8, 2009  Ohio EPA is providing for public review and comment the draft Stillwater River Watershed Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) Report, which has been developed in fulfillment of Section 303(d) of the Clean Water Act. The public review period ends on July 10, 2009.
April 9, 2009  Ohio EPA is providing for public review and comment the draft Salt Creek (Scioto River) Watershed Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) Report, which has been developed in fulfillment of Section 303(d) of the Clean Water Act. The public review period ends on May 15, 2009.
February 25, 2009  Ohio EPA is providing for public review and comment revisions to portions of the Nimishillen Creek Watershed Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) Report. The revisions clarify information pertaining to phosphorus. TMDLs for other pollutants within this TMDL report were approved by U.S. EPA on September 25, 2008. The public review period ends on March 31, 2009.
January 23, 2009  Ohio EPA is providing for public review and comment the draft Blanchard River Watershed Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) Report, which has been developed in fulfillment of Section 303(d) of the Clean Water Act. The public review period ends on March 2, 2009.
