    The Division of Materials and Waste Management (DMWM) has refiled the Construction and Demolition Debris (C&DD) Rules, OAC Chapter 3745-400 with the Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review. The responses to interested party comments has been updated to reflect the rule changes.
