One of the first steps to receiving WPCLF funding is completion of a nomination form. Page four of the nomination form is used to define how the proposed project will address identified problems such as disease outbreaks and human health risks. Information about how the project will benefit various water resources is also requested to help score the proposed project for placement on the priority list. The following links may be helpful as you complete this portion of the nomination form.

• Water Resource Maps - U.S. EPA’s Envirofacts Data Warehouse allows users to search for locations of wastewater treatment facilities, receiving streams, and other nearby waterways. Various kinds of maps are available, from street level to topographic. Enter your community's name and state in the first blank box you see and choose city, state abbreviation, followed by selecting the "find it" command button.
