The Water Pollution Control Loan Fund program provides financial and technical assistance for improvements to surface and groundwater quality, and is administered under Section 6111.036 of the Ohio Revised Code.

The Water Supply Revolving Loan Account assists public water systems in the planning, design, and construction of improvements to drinking water facilities. It is governed by Section 6109.22(H) of the Ohio Revised Code, which is a part of the legislation enabling the Drinking Water Assistance Fund.
The Water Supply Revolving Loan Account offers economically disadvantaged systems additional financial subsidy to reduce the principal of loans. The rules for this assistance are at Ohio Administrative Code 3745-88.
(This program has been suspended indefinitely.) The Village Capital Improvement Fund (VCIF) is a low interest or no interest loan program which provides financing for the planning and design of water supply and wastewater treatment facilities. It is governed by Sections 717.10 and 717.11 of the Revised Code.
