2007 Model Year, Less Than 10 Liters Per Cylinder, ≥ 50 HP and < 75 HP (GP 9.3)

These links are used for determining qualification for and/or applying for a model general permit for a compression ignition internal combustion engine that has a 2007 model year; has a capacity of less than 10 liters per cylinder; and has a range of greater than or equal to 50 horsepower and less than 75 horsepower.

Note: If the engine or facility does not meet the qualifying criteria, or if the facility does not want to restrict the facility’s fuel usage but would rather restrict the diesel usage to the permitted engine(s), see the Terms & Conditions Library selection of permit templates (#3), under Part 60, Subpart IIII or Part 63, Subpart ZZZZ, linked to the “Compression Ignition Permit Templates."
