Oil and Gas Well-site Production Operations with a Large Flare (GP 12.2)

These links are used for determining qualification for and/or applying for a model general permit (GP) for oil and gas well-site production operations where the flare is limited to a nominal 32 mmBtu/hr and the natural gas engines are limited to 1,000 total horsepower. This model GP has been developed to include all operations involved in an oil and gas well-site during the production phase of the well, including glycol dehydration units, natural gas and diesel engines, fixed roof storage tanks, flares and ancillary equipment.

Permits are available in Microsoft Word [DOC] and Adobe Reader [PDF] formats.
