Title V
The Title V Annual Compliance Certification form and instructions have been revised due to changes in how continuous versus intermittent compliance must be reported. Additionally, the forms have been revised to accommodate certifying compliance for insignificant emissions units that are subject to one or more applicable requirements. Finally, structural changes have been made to the form to facilitate accurate completion of the form.
Please direct any permit specific questions to your District Office or Local Air Agency representative. All other questions concerning completion of the form can be sent to Mike Ahern. The form should be used starting with the calendar year 2003 reporting period. Final changes to the form reflect comments submitted by Title V Permit Advisory Group, Ohio EPA and Local Air Agency Title V management/lead workers, and USEPA.
