Ohio EPA’s Southeast District Office, located in Logan, Ohio, serves 23 counties. District personnel review permit applications; evaluate sites for proposed facilities; investigate complaints; inspect facilities; identify environmental violations and prepare recommendations for enforcement; provide technical assistance; and maintain contact with the public.
