Welcome to the Office of Fiscal Administration

The Office of Fiscal Administration provides fiscal services to the Agency including purchasing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, grants administration, budgeting, economic analysis and internal accounting control review. The office also conducts and maintains Sewer and Water Rate Surveys that show residential rates for these services throughout the state.
                  




Ohio EPA Sewer and Water Rate Survey

OFA’s Economic Analysis Unit annually surveys sewer and water rates charged by Ohio cities, villages and special districts during the prior calendar year.  To find out more, view the Sewer and Water Rate Surveys page.

State and Federal Funding for Drinking Water and Wastewater Systems

This July 2004 publication provides information about funding programs available to municipalities and other Ohio public entities for financing the planning, design, construction and/or improvement of drinking water and wastewater systems.
